Treating in Willesden Green
Established in 2015 as Physical Rehabilitation Clinic Ltd.
Treatment technologies
Radial and focused shockwave, TECAR and PEMF, alongside hands-on care.
What we treat

Long-standing, recurring or unexplained spinal pain. We examine the movement that provokes it, then treat the structures driving it.
A staged return to function after surgery or trauma, loaded in the order the tissue tolerates rather than to a fixed calendar.
Load management and return-to-sport testing. We measure before we clear you, and the measures are written down.
Desk-based, manual and repetitive-load work. Treatment addresses the posture and the task, not the symptom alone.
Technology
Hands-on treatment leads. Where the assessment shows it will help, it is combined with shockwave, radiofrequency or magnetic field therapy on dedicated equipment in the treatment room.
Radial shockwave
Pressure waves that spread from the skin into the tissue beneath.
Focused shockwave
Piezoelectric waves that converge on a point at a set depth.
Radiofrequency
Radiofrequency energy transfer that warms tissue from within.
Magnetic field
Pulsed magnetic fields applied over the area while you rest.
How it works
Recovery is built in order: assess the structure, restore the mechanics, then load it. You are told which stage you are in and what ends it.
01
45 minutes
History, examination and movement testing. We record range, strength and pain so there is a baseline to measure against. You are told what we found and what it means.
02
Per session
Hands-on adjustments, manipulation and soft-tissue work, combined with shockwave, TECAR, PEMF or electrotherapy where the presentation calls for it.
03
Between sessions
A structured programme that loads the area progressively. Written down, reviewed at each visit and adjusted against the measures taken at assessment.
04
When measures hold
We review the baseline. When range, strength and function hold under load, treatment ends and you keep the programme. We tell you what to watch for.

Patient feedback
This section will carry verified patient reviews once they have been gathered and consent to publish is on file. Nothing has been written here in the meantime — a testimonial the clinic has not received is not a testimonial.
Section reserved. Supply reviews and they will be published here.

Questions
If your question is not here, ask us directly.
It takes 45 minutes. We take a history, examine the area and test the movements that provoke your symptoms, recording range, strength and pain as a baseline. You leave with the finding explained and a written plan.
No. You can book an assessment directly. If something in your history needs a GP or a scan before we treat, we will tell you at the assessment and say why.
It depends on the presentation, and we give you a range at the assessment rather than a number on a website. Progress is reviewed against your baseline measures, and treatment ends when those measures hold.
Yes. The clinic uses both radial and focused shockwave, alongside TECAR and pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. Whether any of them is appropriate for you is decided at the assessment, and they are used together with hands-on treatment and rehabilitation rather than instead of it.
Clothing you can move in, and that allows the area to be examined — shorts for a knee, hip or lower back, a vest top for a shoulder or neck. Bring your trainers if the problem shows up when you run.
Yes. Both are core to the clinic, alongside chronic back and neck pain and occupational strain. Post-operative work is staged against your surgeon's protocol where one has been given.
Yes. Adjustments, manipulation and manual therapy are the main part of treatment, with shockwave and electrotherapy used alongside where the presentation calls for it. Everything is delivered in person by the clinic's MSK specialists.
Fees are confirmed when you book, so you know the cost before you attend. Ask when you enquire and we will tell you the fee for the assessment and for follow-up sessions.
